Hi there DC (and every1 who posted a follow up).
I at first LOVED the movie "The 7th Sign". But now I have a christian girlfriend who does much with that religion. She read all of the bible, except the last subject about...uhm...I don't know how that is called in english, but in dutch it is "de Openbaring". It's about the fight between God and the Devil. And a woman who is pregnant.
What she told me about that is sometimes very familiar with the movie. But not the same. The jewish religion is about the bible too, but not with the New Testament. And the theories are different. But the text in the bible is not different so it does not contain something about "the Guf".
So I think the movie "the 7th Sign" is just a made up movie with some aspects of the Bible. The rest is made up to make it more exciting and more succesful.
I'm not sure about that, and that's why I will keep searching if "the Guf" really is a part of some religion. But I do not think so.
