: It's quite funny how a internet board designed to proliferate the clics shows the general ignorance of the clics. It would seem that most people would like to exert no more energy than necessary in reading anymore. If the cliff notes exist...great....if you can just find an answer by some bored smart guy on the internet...even better. We who have read them, visiting this board must have found something univerally worthy in them, right? To me it is undeniably the worth they have, but how do I convey that to someone more interested in Sprint PCS than Achillius? An education plan in American seems like a search for the best excuse why not to read the clics....and in effect....the distancing from our heritage to proclaim ourselves free from the past...well....unfortuate to the man who does not know the rage of Achillius..or the Glory of the reign of Augustus...or the beauty of Whitman's daydreams. These are what make me breathe each day...they provide all the ambrosia one needs to live out this life. But in the end, my task seems almost futile....almost.
