I have just recently began dating a Jewish guy, and I feel bad that I don't know much about his religion. He moved here (Utah,USA) a while ago and I guess this is a hard place to meet other people of his religion since it is a mostly "Mormon" state. I know his mom accepts that he dates non-jewish girls, but I feel like I would like to know more than I do about his religion. I haven't tried to discuss it too much with him...but I would like to understand it since it's something that is pretty important to him. I met his mom last week and I just feel that she was disappointed. I have no major religion that I belong to, I was raised mormon but never really believed much of what they taught. Sorry, I'm rambling. If anyone knows any good websites or maybe books let me know. Thanks!
