I'm glad Zarathustra came along , that god fellow caused an unforgiveable amount of suffering to our entire human species, I killed a coupla gods myself awhile back, bastards deserved it! I alone decide my ethics, my morals, my own integrity, bury them gods deep in a black hole, erase them from the psyche's of the timid and feeble men(sub-men) who need them, make way for my son, the overman.

: What does everyone think of the "God is dead" declaration?

: I believe this is the single most liberating insight the world has ever seen. What inspires me about Nietzche is that in his world we all free to form our own gods and values. When there is no absolute morality, you can construct a system of values that serves your own ends; THAT is freedom. The challange of Nietzche and his supermen is whether or not we philosophers can continue living and believing without a supernatural/religious backbone to life that sles it with "meaning". Nietzche says create our own meaning. Any thoughts?
