: what makes humanity stand alone in the sea of evolution is the fact that man has ego. an ego is a visible manifestation of human sentience. it stems from mankind's need to express its individuality though humans are considered a collective social species. your ego is you and that stands for you. it is improper to say that a person has no ego, everybody has one, but very few acknowledge the fact that is essential for human existence. the ego creates you and finally shapes you into what you have become today. it creates for you the identity of you and differentiates you from 6 billion other human beings. but one an ego can't do for is think for you that is the reasons why you have planet ready to plunge into frenzied choas for no reason at all. an ego is the result and the creation of human reasoning as a result it the takes the shape of anything from logical to totally insane.
