The theory itself is not flaud, but your experiment is. Please, if you decide to write the procedding of the Philadelphia Experiment, give the credits to them not you.

P.S. In my own personal experiment done on 6/25/2000, date not important, the first thing I saw was a black fog/smoke from the table not green. And no,it did not go into flame,after that it did become dim, But no visble light was bent. back to the notes and paper
