Here's a web page with a summary and critical article you may wish to read:

http://www.cc.emory.edu/COLLEGE/CLICS/slater22.html

However ... I have to wonder ... did you do a search of the web yourself? Did you plug in the title of the comedy and see what comes up on various search engines? Did you then investigate those hits that looked legitimate or relevant?

Did you take a hike to your local college library (or large public library) to see what you could see concerning Aristophanes comedies and criticism?

I'm really wondering, what level of Junior High School are you in that you're reading the ECCLESIAZUSAE and posting such a message as you did on this site? It seems you should have completed an internet search and library visit, and you would not have had to ask what you did.

Still ... should you start working on your project and run into a specific interpretive question, please post back. I'll take a look back over the play, just in case. But ask a legitimate specific question next time.

Good luck on your project.
