Now I'm not sure where you got your information, but the earliest date given to fragments of the Gospel of Thomas is c.200. The earliest known fragment of the Gospel of John is c.125, 75 years earlier than Thomas. The four gospels of the NT cannon were written sometime in the mid to late first century, as was Thomas (according to some scholars). There is no way to prove that Thomas was written before the other gospels. In fact, the evidence supports just the opposite.

The evidence shows that the Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are more reliable. And most likely written earlier than Thomas. That means that yes, Jesus is coming again, and it is time for us all to get right with God, Jesus the Christ, the Savior of this world!
