Could anyone help me prove that Descartes was unsuccesful in showing that we do not know that we are not now dreaming? He makes a connection between waking and dreaming experience by stating that the senses can decieve us in both states. He doesn't however explore other factors which prove that we are in fact awake; such as the factor of time and the discontinuous nature of dream experience. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with more objections. Thank you
