I hear you. When I first started making Web sites, I wrote this article on The Catcher in the Rye which was just a lame little fan letter to Salinger for the most part. Somehow I ended up at the top of the Yahoo search engine and now I get these emails from high schoolers going "quick I need a paper topic" every couple of weeks.

So now that I am working on an Ivan Karamazov essay for my Web site I feel the need to tell all college students looking for Cliff Notes to go f-ck themselves in the first paragraph instead of just starting with talking about the book.

I think the worst example of this forums as Cliff Notes was in a Judaism discussion board where someone studying for his midterms in a college cl asked "QUick, who's King David? WHo's Moses?". I hope he has a good at a gas station somewhere.
