The story "tom Jones" is about the bastard tom, taken in, and raised by the squire allworthy.he's a kind gentleman and tom is very fond of him. allworthy's nephew blifil is determent to ruin jones's life, and he's turned out of his home.blifil is going to marry sophia, the girl who loves tom, and her love is returned. tom is having many adventures on his way before the whole company(sophia, her father and blifil, allwhorty) meets in london.tom is prisoned, falsly accused of the murder of an irishman.he is released, and finds out that he is allworthy's nephew.blifil is said to be a villain instead of tom. everything turns out well, and he and his dear sophia gets married!
