If I understand you correctly, you are asking about Hegel's formulation of dialectic logic? If that is the case here are some things that have helped me. Of course you may have laready used the following.
Check out 'The Cambridge Companion to Hegel' and read the two articles on Hegel's dialectic method and his conception of logic. Then read through the intro and first movements of 'The Science of Logic', I think Hegel does the best explaining once you know were he is coming from. another recommendation would be Taylor's "Hegel" or Marcuse's "Reason and Revolution" which takes a Marxist stance , but does have some good explainations of the movement of Hegel's logic.
