St. Wulfgang's gout, there's something of the Marquis in a teacher who'd ign so vain an exercise. Rather like requiring a 'brief oral summary' of a book the Doubleday hardcover first edition of which weighs almost exactly two pounds and whose title could be, though is not, printed horizontally across its spine.

(One could wish that in the latter case the hapless young scholar had the good sense to recite verbatim your Malifluous message and then cooly sit back down.)

There must be a talent drain in the reluctant feral babysitting racket.
