: I'm a 24 year old, slightly jaded ex-lit student and undisciplined writer-wannabe (but then who isn't?...a writer-wannabe I mean,--lots of people I imagine, so let's just nevermind). Anyway, I just stumbled across this board and wanted to declare my love for Barth, my hero, my Scheherazade. I'm now asking myself why I'm telling you all this (now, why I'm telling you that I'm asking myself what I'm telling you...and so forth)...getting back to the point: I exist. I like to read Barth for pleasure, for oh so much pleasure, and I thought maybe I would try to chat with some like-minded individuals...maybe. (?)
