Please help! I've been igned summer homework
and am having trouble understanding "The Prince."
Could you please point me in the right direction
by helping me with a couple of questions?
Here are my questions:
1. Explain why leaders who do whatever is needed
to obtain there goals could be called Machia-
vellian.
2. According to Machiavelli what is the role of
fortune in human affairs? What can men do to
to alter the course of fortune?
3. Choose a recent (within the last 50 years)
international, national, or state leader who
could be considered Machiavellian. Describe
his/her goals, his/her means (how he/she tried
to accomplish his/her goals), and the outcome.
Describe why you consider this leader to be
Machiavellian.
Thank you for your time!
