I seem to recall Aquinas saying that in heaven one will rejoice not in seeing souls burn for their sins as such, for it is a violation of the charity we owe our neighbor to want them to go to hell. However, we may rejoice that God's justice is being done when the wicked receive their just reward.

I don't have the citation handy, but it's in the Summa Theologica in his treatise on the virtues.
