Spot on. The reference is Article 3, Q 94 of the Supplement to the Summa (ie. after the IIIrd Part).
The corpus of the reply:
"A thing may be a matter of rejoicing in two ways. First directly, when one rejoices in a thing as such: and thus the saints will not rejoice in the punishment of the wicked. Secondly, indirectly, by reason of something annexed to it: and in this way the saints will rejoice in the punishment of the wicked, by considering therein the order of Divine justice and their own deliverance, which will fill them with joy. And thus the Divine justice and their own deliverance will be the direct cause of the joy of the blessed: while the punishment of the lost* will cause it indirectly."

*check this out: the actual word in the text here is "dam*ed", but when I submitted this reply, it was blocked and I received a message from the US Censor saying that Congress might be offended by this word !!!! There you go: Congress will let you see just about anything you like on the Internet. But St Thomas? Too offensive, I'm afraid!! O tempora!
