I think that it's due to the following oppostions:
1. you think better about beauty (or other thinks) when you are out of it.
2. the years of the experience of your life tell you what is important (beauty)
3. point of view rationalistc, artistic vs. the innocence of youth.
4. impossibility of joy ually the beauty, because it's inaprehensible.
