Dear all,
I am a third year student at durham uni who is now approaching their two month disseration deadline. My problem, I have yet to write a word.
My provisional title is James and his theory of truth, however, I need some helpful pointers as to the area I should focus on.
At the moment I am feeling confused, the more I read about James and his philosophy, the more I am inspired by him, however, I don't know how to capture his open-minded and positive attitude within a philosophical debate!
Plus, I feel that my lecturers, although admirers of James, don't hold the same level of respect for his work in the area of truth. Hence, I'm feeling a bit alone in my chosen topic area.
If anyone has any ideas, suggested reading, or even footholds for ideas I would be very grateful to hear from you, as I am feeling out of my depth.
Thank you
